• For your convenience, a copy of the lease is at the bottom of this page for you to examine at your leisure. 

• Determine if the space you need is available by calling our office and setting an appointment to view the unit. 

• Once you have determined your unit is available and ready for your move-in date, you will need to fill out the lease agreement and a rate will be calculated for the prorate for the current months rent and then we will ad the deposit which is equivalent to the monthly rental to your total move-in amount. 

Example: if your monthly rate is $100 and you move in on the 15th, your move-in total will be $150 and the break down is as follows: $50 prorated for half the month and $100 deposit for the total months rent equivelant.

Payment types accepted: Check, Money Order, Cash by appointment only.
Money orders can be obtained at McKays or US Post Office.

• In person meetings require a scheduled appointment. We greatly appreciate a day or more notice for appointments. Making an appointment the same day is not always possible.

• First come first served on available units. We do keep a waiting list that does not require a fee or application to be placed on.

• We will hold a unit with deposit only for 2 weeks and deposit will be applied to your units deposit. If you change your mind, you will forfeit deposit. Some exceptions have been applied.

• You may request the lease agreement to be mailed to you or you can print the lease agreement and mail it to the above mailing address including rent and/or deposit and we will send you a signed copy once payment including deposit has been received.
